Our client, a financial services company specializing in debt relief and loan restructuring solutions based in the USA, struggled with fragmented lead data from various sources. The leads, primarily generated through landing pages and WordPress sites offering loan restructuring offers, weren’t seamlessly integrated into Salesforce. This required time-consuming, error-prone manual data entry. Additionally, CSV files from data enrichment financial institutions had to be manually processed, further slowing down sales and marketing efforts.

Solution

We integrated Salesforce with WordPress, focusing on real-time data capture through Gravity Forms and automated data enrichment:

  • WordPress Integration: Form submissions from WordPress landing pages are now automatically captured as Salesforce leads, reducing manual entry and ensuring accurate, immediate data flow.
  • Automated Data Enrichment: A custom Python script processes CSV files from third-party financial institutions, automatically parsing, validating, and updating Salesforce lead records with enriched data.
  • Flow Automation: Salesforce workflows prioritize and route leads based on enriched attributes, such as engagement history, financial profiles and credit score, which helps sales reps focus on high-potential leads.
