About TrueSolv
Ten years of Salesforce, and one opinion about it
Most Salesforce projects do not fail on the technology. They fail because nobody scoped them honestly, and because the people meant to use the system were never part of building it. We started TrueSolv in 2016 to work the other way round.
Our story
We started because CRM projects kept failing
We watched teams spend months and serious budget on Salesforce implementations that ended up unused, abandoned, or quietly worked around by the people who were supposed to benefit from them.
The problem was rarely Salesforce. It was that projects got sold before they were understood: a scope written to win the deal, a configuration copied from the last client, and a handover that assumed everyone would simply adapt.
TrueSolv was built to work the other way round. We scope in writing before anything is signed, we build around the processes a team already has, and we measure the result by whether people actually use the system three months later.
Ten years on, we are a certified Salesforce partner with architects, developers, admins and project managers who have delivered 150+ projects — from a startup's first CRM to rebuilding a revenue stack that had drifted for seven years. We also ship our own products on the AppExchange, which keeps us honest about what the platform can and cannot do.
Sergey Trusov
"The hardest part of this work is telling a client they do not need what they came to buy. We do it anyway. It is the only reason the long-term relationships exist."
The team
15+ certified specialists, and no bench warmers
A distributed team of Salesforce architects, developers, administrators and project managers working across US, UK, EU and Israel hours. Async-friendly, and reachable when it matters.
Everyone on a project is certified and has shipped this kind of work before. We do not staff a senior on the pitch and hand delivery to someone learning on your org.
What we stand for
Three principles that decide what we build
These are not values on a wall. They are the decisions we make every week: what to take on, what to turn down, and how we tell clients things they would rather not hear.
Scope before speed
We define exactly what we are building, in writing, before any work starts. If something falls outside it, we quote it separately and you decide. No scope creep and no surprise invoices.
The honest answer first
If a cheaper tool solves your problem, or the timing is wrong, or the project should be half its size, we say so on the first call. Turning down work we cannot do well costs less than doing it badly.
Adoption is the deliverable
A system nobody uses is a failed project regardless of what the scope document says. We train the people who will live in it daily, document everything, and stay reachable after go-live.
