    • DocketWise: Synchronized contacts, matters, invoices, and charges with Salesforce’s accounts and Litify package objects (Matter, Transaction, and Resolution).
    • Pintas & Mullins: Enabled bi-directional sync for Leads (Intakes) and Accounts (Parties) in Salesforce, ensuring updates to specific fields such as Incident Address and Notes were consistently propagated.
  2. Custom Synchronization Logic:
    • Scheduled Apex Classes: Two scheduled Apex classes were developed to ensure near real-time data consistency between systems.
    • Delete Algorithm: Using unique identifiers, the integration safely removed records without affecting data integrity.
