    • Customer Portal and Transcriptionist Portal: Developed comprehensive web applications for managing audio files, transcription, and translation workflows. Utilized as self-service portals building on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
    • Custom User Interface: Applied tailored custom CSS and Tailwind CSS for responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
    • Custom Metadata and Settings: Utilized Salesforce Custom Metadata and Custom Settings to manage AWS credentials, portal configurations, and Command Bar navigation flows dynamically.
  2. Amazon AWS Integration:
    • S3 Storage: Audio files are securely uploaded and retrieved from an AWS S3 bucket, ensuring scalable and reliable storage.
    • AWS Lambda: Implemented an Apex-triggered button to request transcription via an AWS Lambda function.
  3. Whisper AI Integration for Transcription:
    • Automated Processing: Leveraged AWS for audio file handling, with Whisper AI and Salesforce working together for transcription and formatting.
    • Enhanced Formatting: Used ChatGPT and JavaScript libraries to produce clean, formatted Word documents on the AWS side.
