Each package has a clearly defined scope document that we agree on before work begins. If something is outside scope, we'll quote it separately — you always decide whether to include it. We don't start work without your written sign-off on scope, so there are no surprise invoices. Minor adjustments within the spirit of the project are always handled without extra charge.
The Standard Growth package is by far the most popular choice for early-stage and growing SaaS companies. It covers everything you need to run your sales operation end-to-end. Most Series A companies land here. If you're pre-revenue, the Starter package works great. Once you're at 50+ users with multiple integrations, the Scale package becomes the right fit.
Yes, this is a very common request. We offer a Salesforce Health Check as a standalone service, and we frequently handle "rescue" projects where the org has grown uncontrolled. In these cases, we'll start with an audit, then propose a cleanup and optimization scope. These are typically priced similarly to our setup packages depending on complexity. Contact us and describe your current situation — we'll recommend the right approach.
We regularly integrate Salesforce with Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, Mixpanel, Segment, and more. If your tool isn't listed, it doesn't mean we can't do it — most modern SaaS tools have a REST API or native Salesforce connector. We'll evaluate during discovery.
You'll need Salesforce licenses to use the platform — these are purchased directly from Salesforce and are separate from our setup fee. We can help you choose the right Salesforce edition (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) based on your team size and needs. Setup fees we charge are for implementation work only.
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Starter package and then engage us for additional projects as they grow — adding integrations, automations, or moving to Service Cloud. Think of each package as a project, not a subscription tier. Everything we build is clean and modular, specifically so it's easy to expand later without ripping out the foundation.
We designed these packages to be low-overhead for your team. You'll need to participate in the discovery call, review and sign off on the scope document, and be available for a final UAT review before go-live. Beyond that, our developer handles everything and updates you via async communication (email or Slack). We don't need daily calls or lengthy status meetings.
Every package includes 30–90 days of post-launch support. After that, you can either manage independently (we'll leave you with full documentation and training), or you can opt into an ongoing Salesforce Admin retainer with us. We also offer project-based work for new features, integrations, or customizations at any time. Many clients come back to us 3–6 months after go-live with their "next phase."
