Certified Salesforce partner
Salesforce for US nonprofits
We configure Salesforce around how American nonprofits actually run: donor acknowledgments that meet IRS rules, restricted fund tracking, grant deadlines and board reporting. Fixed price, fixed scope.
Why US nonprofits move to Salesforce
US nonprofits lose weeks every year to systems that do not talk to each other
Salesforce for nonprofits is a CRM built on Agentforce Nonprofit or NPSP and configured around donor stewardship, restricted funds, grant pipelines and board reporting. Most nonprofit teams run lean. When Salesforce is not configured for how your organization actually works, the admin burden lands on the people who should be raising money.
Donor data is scattered across a CRM, spreadsheets and inboxes
Gift history in one place, grant tracking in another, program data in a third. Every report that crosses those lines gets assembled by hand.
Acknowledgment letters are still a December mail merge
The IRS requires a written acknowledgment for every gift of $250 or more. In year-end season that is thousands of letters, and somebody is doing it manually at 9pm.
Board reporting gets rebuilt from scratch every quarter
Your board needs impact numbers and financial summaries. Without automated Salesforce dashboards, one person loses most of a week to the same deck four times a year.
Grant deadlines live in one person's calendar
No organization-wide view of what is submitted, what is due and what is at risk. When that person takes PTO, the deadline goes with them.
DAF gifts arrive with no donor attached
A check shows up weeks later with no name and no email. You cannot thank the donor, and stewardship breaks down on your fastest growing revenue stream.
Salesforce is running, but nobody owns it
One power user keeps the lights on. The org was configured years ago for processes you no longer follow, and the team has stopped trusting the data.
NPSP migration
Do you have to migrate from NPSP to Agentforce Nonprofit?
No. Salesforce stopped adding features to NPSP in 2023 and, since December 2025, no longer issues NPSP licenses to new organizations through the Power of Us Program. New applicants receive Agentforce Nonprofit instead. Existing NPSP orgs keep running.
We run a free NPSP readiness assessment. We look at your data model, your customizations and your roadmap, then tell you plainly whether to migrate now, migrate later or stay where you are. Sometimes the answer is stay, and we will say so.
What this does not mean
- There is no announced end of life for NPSP
- There is no announced end of sale either
- Your org still runs, still gets maintenance and still upgrades with every release
- Any partner selling you a migration against a deadline is selling you a deadline they invented
What it does mean
- Every new capability Salesforce builds for the sector is being built on Agentforce Nonprofit
- That includes AI-assisted donor outreach and Data Cloud connectivity
- NPSP is stable, not growing
- The decision is about your operational readiness, not somebody else's timer
Why TrueSolv
Salesforce built around US nonprofit operations
Nonprofit operations, not sales pipelines
Donor stewardship, restricted funds, grant lifecycles, program outcomes and board reporting. We configure Salesforce around how nonprofit teams actually work day to day.
IRS-ready acknowledgment workflows
Automated acknowledgment letters and annual donor statements that meet IRS substantiation rules, generated from Salesforce instead of a spreadsheet and a mail merge.
Restricted funds tracked correctly
Every gift allocated to the right fund or program, with reporting your finance team and your auditor can both use. No parallel spreadsheet.
Direct access to certified Salesforce engineers
You work with Salesforce-certified developers and architects, with no account manager in the middle. Faster answers, faster fixes, faster delivery.
Fixed price, fixed scope, no surprise invoices
You know the full cost and every deliverable before we start. Your finance team can budget it and your board can approve it in one meeting.
Clean, structured nonprofit data from day one
We migrate, deduplicate and structure your donor, gift, grant and program data into a foundation you can actually report on.

Who it's for
Salesforce for US nonprofits at every stage
Nonprofits without a real CRM
Donor data lives in Excel, a mailbox and somebody's memory. You need one system the whole team can see, and acknowledgments that go out without a fire drill.
Organizations outgrowing an entry-level donor database
Bloomerang, DonorPerfect or Little Green Light got you here. Now you need grants, programs and finance in the same place, and your current tool will not bend that far.
Nonprofits with an unowned Salesforce org
Salesforce is in place but was configured years ago by someone who has since left. Reporting is manual and nobody fully trusts the data.
NPSP organizations deciding what comes next
You are on NPSP, you have heard about Agentforce Nonprofit, and you need a straight answer about whether moving is worth it. We will give you one before you spend anything.
The economics
A managed retainer costs less than a tenth of a Salesforce hire
Salesforce Administrator
- $85,000 to $110,000 in base salary
- Plus payroll taxes and benefits
- Plus recruiting cost and time to hire
- One person, who can leave
- You pay for the quiet months too
A team, on call
- Certified admins, developers and an architect
- No recruiting and no onboarding
- No single point of failure
- Scope flexes with what you actually need
- Direct communication via Slack or Teams
For most nonprofits under 100 staff, the retainer covers everything the hire would have done, and covers the months where there is nothing to do without paying for them.
