Salesforce org audit

Find out what is actually broken in your Salesforce

A Salesforce Health Check is a fixed-price technical audit across six domains. We review security, data quality, performance, org structure, licenses and integrations, then hand you a report that names every issue, rates its severity and tells you what to do about it.

Not ready for the paid audit? The free scorecard covers the same six domains in 30 questions, takes under eight minutes and needs no sign-up.

Who it's for

Built for companies that already run Salesforce

If your team has used Salesforce for more than a year, there is a high chance the org needs a review. These are the four situations we see most often.

Mid-market companies

Your Salesforce has grown organically. Custom fields, workflows and permissions accumulated over years with no architectural review, and nobody can say whether what you have is working or quietly costing you.

Post-implementation

You recently went live and want to validate the work, or you inherited a setup from a previous partner and need an independent review before scaling it further.

Companies with a specific pain point

Reports show inconsistent data. Integrations keep failing. API limits are being hit. Pages are slow and users are complaining. Something is clearly wrong and you need someone to find it and name it.

Pre-project situations

You are considering a larger Salesforce project but not ready to commit. The Health Check gives you a documented starting point and a scoped roadmap before any major investment.

Common findings

Nine signs your Salesforce org needs a Health Check

These are the nine problems we diagnose most often. Most orgs have at least three of them.

01

Nobody knows if the org is actually secure

Profiles and permission sets have grown without review. Former employees may still have access. Sharing rules are unclear to everyone.

02

Reports show different numbers in different views

When the same question gives different answers in different dashboards, trust in the CRM breaks down entirely.

03

Salesforce is slow and users are complaining

Page loads take too long, reports time out and API calls fail. That drives abandonment and quietly undermines adoption.

04

You are paying for licenses nobody uses

Unused licenses, unused feature clouds and overstated storage consume budget that could fund actual growth.

05

Integrations keep breaking and nobody knows why

Third-party connections fail silently, data does not sync correctly, and nobody owns the integration layer.

06

Too many automations, and they conflict

Legacy workflows, process builders and flows have piled up. Some conflict with each other. Some reference fields that no longer exist.

07

You cannot prove ROI to leadership

A new VP or CFO is asking what the company got for its Salesforce investment, and the team has no answer ready.

08

Nobody understands your own system

A previous partner left without documentation. New initiatives stall because nobody can map the dependencies.

09

You need to know if it will hold as you scale

Before growing from 30 to 150 users or entering new markets, you need to know whether the foundation is solid.

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before booking a Salesforce Health Check.

A Salesforce Health Check is an independent technical audit of an org's security, data quality, performance, structure, licenses and integrations. Any company that has been running Salesforce for more than a year benefits from one: the longer an org has been in use without a formal audit, the more likely it has accumulated configuration issues, security gaps and technical debt. You do not need a known problem to benefit. In most cases we find issues the team was not aware of.
Read-only access via a System Administrator profile. We do not modify any data or configuration. We review the org and report findings only. All access is documented and can be revoked immediately after the engagement. For US companies we sign an NDA before accessing the org. For European companies we operate in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Five to seven business days from the intake call to the delivery call. The intake call is 45 minutes and the delivery call is 60 minutes. Your team's involvement is limited to those two calls plus a short questionnaire. The audit itself runs entirely on our side.
The $990 price covers organizations with up to 500 Salesforce users. For larger orgs, particularly those with multiple instances, enterprise-scale custom code or complex multi-cloud setups, we discuss scope on the intake call and provide a revised quote if needed. Most mid-market orgs fall comfortably within the standard scope.
All editions including Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer. It covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and core platform configuration. Add-on clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Experience Cloud can be included after a scope discussion at intake.
The report includes a recommended next steps section. Some clients hand the action list to their internal admin and implement the fixes themselves. Others ask us to execute the remediation. There is no obligation to continue. If you do want to proceed, we scope the follow-on work directly from the findings, so you are not starting from scratch.
Yes. We work with companies across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the Nordics, wider Europe and the UAE. For European clients we apply GDPR-aware review criteria to the security and data quality domains. All deliverables are in English and calls accommodate CET and Eastern time.
Yes. The free self-assessment scorecard asks 30 questions across the same six audit domains and returns an instant score out of 100 with a category breakdown. It takes under eight minutes and needs no sign-up. It is a self-reported snapshot rather than a technical audit, so it will not surface issues nobody on your team is aware of, which is what the paid Health Check is for.
