Built for Companies That Run Salesforce

If your team uses Salesforce and has done so for more than a year, there is a high chance the org needs a review.
Here are the most common situations:

Mid-Market Companies

Your Salesforce has grown organically. Custom fields, workflows, and permissions have accumulated over years with no architectural review. You are not sure if what you have is working well or costing you.

Post-Implementation

You recently went live with a Salesforce implementation and want to validate the work. Or you inherited a setup from a previous partner and need an independent review before scaling it further.

Companies With a Specific Pain Point

Reports show inconsistent data. Integrations keep failing. API limits are being hit. Pages are slow. Users are complaining. Something is clearly wrong and you need someone to find it and name it.

Pre-Project Situation

You are considering a larger Salesforce project but not ready to commit. The Checkup gives you a concrete, documented starting point and a scoped roadmap before any major investment.

Recognize Any of These?

These are the nine most frequently cited Salesforce problems we diagnose. Most orgs have at least three.

01

Nobody knows if the org is actually secure

Profiles and permission sets have grown without review. Former employees may still have access. Sharing rules are unclear.

02

Reports show different numbers in different views

When the same question gives different answers in different dashboards, trust in the CRM breaks down entirely.

03

Salesforce is slow and users are complaining

Page loads take too long. Reports time out. API calls fail. This drives user abandonment and undermines adoption.

04

We are paying for licenses we do not use

Unused licenses, unused feature clouds, and overstated storage consume budget that could fund actual growth.

05

Integrations keep breaking and nobody knows why

Third-party connections fail silently. Data does not sync correctly. Nobody owns the integration layer.

06

Too many automations and they conflict with each other

Legacy workflows, process builders, and flows have accumulated. Some conflict. Some reference deleted fields.

07

We cannot prove ROI to leadership

A new VP or CFO is asking what the company got for its Salesforce investment and the team cannot answer.

08

We do not understand our own system

A previous partner left without documentation. New initiatives are blocked because nobody understands dependencies.

09

We need to know if the setup will hold as we scale

Before growing from 30 to 150 users or entering new markets, you need to know if the foundation is solid.

How Health Check Goes

Four clear phases over 5-7 business days. You will know exactly what to expect at every step.

1
Day 1 — 45 min

Intake Call

We send a short questionnaire in advance. On the call, we understand your org context, known pain points, and priorities. You grant read-only access to your Salesforce org.

2
Days 1-4

Audit & Analysis

TrueSolv engineers conduct a hands-on review across all six domains. We use native Salesforce tools combined with structured manual review.

3
Days 4-5

Report Preparation

All findings are compiled with severity ratings. Each issue includes a plain-language description, business impact, and specific recommended action.

4
Day 6-7 — 60 min

Delivery Call

We walk through findings, explain priorities, and answer your questions. You leave with the full report, an executive summary, an action list, and a 30-day Q&A window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your Salesforce Health Check.

Any company that has been running Salesforce for more than a year benefits from an independent review. The longer an org has been in use without a formal audit, the more likely it has accumulated configuration issues, security gaps, and technical debt. You do not need to have a known problem to benefit — in most cases we find issues the team was not aware of.
We require read-only access via a System Administrator profile. We do not modify any data or configuration. We review the org and report findings only. All access is documented and can be revoked immediately after the engagement. For US companies, we sign an NDA before accessing the org. For European companies, we operate in compliance with GDPR requirements.
The full engagement takes 5-7 business days from the intake call to the delivery call. The intake call is 45 minutes. The delivery call is 60 minutes. Your team's involvement is limited to these two calls plus completing a short questionnaire. The audit itself is conducted entirely by TrueSolv without requiring your time.
The $990 price covers organizations with up to 500 Salesforce users. For larger orgs — particularly those with multiple Salesforce instances, enterprise-scale custom code, or complex multi-cloud setups — we will discuss scope on the intake call and provide a revised quote if needed. In most cases, mid-market orgs fall comfortably within the standard scope.
The Checkup works for all Salesforce editions including Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer. It covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform configurations. Add-on clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud can be included with a scope discussion at intake.
The report includes a recommended next steps section. Some clients take the action list to their internal admin and implement fixes themselves. Others ask TrueSolv to execute the remediation work. There is no obligation to continue with us. If you do want to proceed, we will scope a follow-on engagement based directly on the Checkup findings — you will not be starting from scratch.
Yes. TrueSolv works with companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, the Nordics, and across Europe. For European clients, we apply GDPR-aware review criteria to the security and data quality audit domains. All deliverables are in English. Calls can accommodate CET and EST time zones.
