No payment integration, no behavioural data, and a high onboarding barrier

The client needed a comprehensive, user-friendly platform to manage subscriptions, additional services, and physical mail. Without a payment integration and without any visibility into customer behaviour, they could not optimise the experience or reduce onboarding friction for new customers.

  • No payment system: No integration with a payment processor — subscriptions and one-time purchases managed manually.
